I like this company. unlike Spokane cab or Arrow. I read the other reviews and don't understand the hate for this company. The dispatcher that works the day shift went out of her way to answer every question I had even if I thought it was a silly or obvious question. The driver she sent (I think his name was John) was very polite, on time, and the cab was clean. It also didn't reek of cigarette smoke which is a big pet peeve of mine. So yeah kudos to this small company for their hard work. Keep it up guys : )
